Based in our Singapore office, the incumbent will be supporting our HPC IT operations team in a variety of activities covering Technical and Network Support. He/she can learn on the job about IT and the different tools and methodologies that are used in handling the company’s computer hub. He/she will gain valuable real-world IT operational experience in an evolving company.
- Support the IT team in the maintenance of system hardware and software
- Provide first and second line IT support to the team by assisting in daily tasks
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment like computers, servers and storage systems
- Participate in the development of new systems and applications
- Research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters
