Job Description:

• Oversee daily accounting and financial matters for a group of subsidiaries
• Manage finance processes such as financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis and planning
• Responsible for cash management and forecasting
• Prepare and analyse monthly and annual reports and presentations to identify results, trends and financial forecasts to the management
• Recommend and implement solutions to achieve business efficiencies and strengthen internal control
• Manage capital assets and oversee the management of all leases, contracts and other financial commitments
• Support the management in cost reduction process and improvement initiatives
• Support the management in review and analysis of the financial impact of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
• Risk management including monitoring all risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risk are minimized
• Assist and support ad-hoc projects as requires
