Job Description:

  • This role will report to the IT Service Delivery and Operations Manager.
  • Need to act as a technical expert, providing support and maintenance to all business groups and advising around Unified Communications within the Group IT team.
  • Additionally, you will get involved in developing network and communication strategies and assessing the need for new technologies in the firm to ensure an excellent end-user experience.
  • Need to enthusiastic in reviewing and streamlining processes to continuously improve quality in the team.
