- Proven working experience as a business analyst and IT project or delivery manager with on and offshore teams
- Experience in overseeing team members, communicating and delegating tasks effectively, Scrum / Agile setup
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pre-empt and solve problems
- Strong leadership skills
- Track record in both delivery and budget management.
- Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Expertise in Structured Products and / or Securities Trading
