Job Description:

• To promote and sell company products to existing and new customers.
• Able to match customer parts drawings to company sockets
• Follow up and support any activities relating to the PO.
• Makes sure that customer is provided with successful and consistent after service, including involvement in troubleshooting, technical support, preparation of samples, development of new products or any other customer-related activities.
• Work with the Global team and ensure instructions from Global Account Leader is followed correctly.
• Manages interface between customer and company the design/technical team.
• Able to facilitate and drive key meetings with the customer on projects.
• Overall owner of the key account with corresponding project management activities in Singapore
