Job Description:

  • Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention together with Sales and utilizing customer feedback to drive consistent development of processes and practices.
  • Coordinates, plans, schedules and oversees all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for the site.
  • Optimizing customer satisfaction by ensuring that ABB fulfils all contractual obligations and business requirements to a high standard while complying with health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Manages the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
  • Regularly reviewing the scope of work to ensure that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes.
  • Coordinating a seamless Service order process from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
  • Collaborating with other ABB units and teams to harmonize Service activities and to maximize Service sales at every opportunity.
  • Identifying key improvement opportunities in products, services and processes and sharing findings to the product/system Local Business Units for improvement of ABB offerings.
